Tongue Tied {[Fred Weasley x Original Character]}

Lilliana Spellman is the daughter of Benedict Diggory and cousin to Cedric, but a Weasley at heart seeing as they've been her family for 8 years. Currently going into her 6th year at Hogwarts alongside her best friends Fred and George. No one was able to know what the year was bringing and all Lilly wants to do is have as much fun as possible while still passing her N.E.W.T. exam. But when Harry and Cedric who are both like her brothers to her are chosen as champions for the Triwizard tournament, there's yet again another new DADA professor, and her feelings toward a certain red-headed boy seem to overwhelm her she now doesn't know what to do. At least it can only go up from here, right?
