The Most Overpowered Floofer

Petey was a perfectly ordinary Golden Retriever. Over the duration of his life, he did nothing more or less than to love every human and animal he came across.
But at the end of it all, he died in a dog pound, euthanized on a steel table.
Thankfully, there was a large group of extraordinarily powerful entities just the next universe over who agreed that it seemed unfair.
So naturally, they gave him as many perks as they could.
