Cracked - Viktuuri oneshot

"You are going to lose."

"You're a failure."

The thoughts circulated Yuuri's head. Viktor was going to leave. If he didn't win the competition Viktor himself said he would stop being his coach. He would go coach Yurio instead.

It was pointless. Yuuri could never win. But he wasn't one to give up.

He was at the rink. Day after day. He rarely slept anymore. He began to push himself to far.

Exhaustion took over him. Everything became one large blur. In a second, a jump became a fall. He hit the ice and heard a crack boom across the rink.

"Yuuri, I'm sorry. You've fractured your spine. It is unlikely you will be able to skate."

"This season?"

"Ever again."
