Having grown up in a world where people look down on you making you feel weak, you tend to be more understanding to those who share your pain. This could be said about villains. They were hurt by the world and looked down upon because of it, this idea just didn't sit well with Izuku.
So when the day came that he had found the perfect- the ultimate plan, the fight to change the world began. Going through U.A, he has to keep his secret under wraps from both parties. In till Phase Four was complete and the world would change at the hands of the underdogs.

...What makes them all heroes? What makes the villains actually villains? In the end, everyone commits violent actions, but the heroes are praised while the villains are suspected of the worst. The teens that bully people but have a goal to become a hero, the villains who wanted to be good and tried but were treated like vile beings, only leading them further down the wrong path. There is no good in the world, only black and white.. Midoriya Izuku has been a vigilante since a young age. After around 5 when he started loosing the emotions people would feel everyday he found that the only time he actually felt emotion was when he was in fights with his peers. By the time he was 14 he was the world's most well known vigilante but no one knew what he looked like, he was that good. But, alongside his hatred for his past tormentors, something else is growing inside him. Something he doesn't understand. Everyone is human at the end of the day, some are worst or better than others. After all, some humans hide behind the title of hero to get away with horrible things like abuse, murder, theft, negligence, etc... While others hide behind the title of villain to finally be free from terrible pasts or to just simply gain freedom they never had. Then there's others that hide behind the title of vigilante to either save and protect innocents or to get rid of those they deem their enemies. Everyone has reasons and beliefs that lead them to what they aim to do in life. I'm no different. After all... I didn't end up the number one villain in the world for no reason. After a tragic event at home Todoroki goes into hiding. Two years later, people go missing only to find their dead bodies not long after. Talk of a new villain circles the city. After months of these disappearance no body leaves the safety of their room at night anymore to avoid being caught. --------- Izuku Midoriya got carried away at work and didn't realize how late it had gotten. With no other choice he had to take the long walk home, in the dark of night. No one else was out too afraid to be caught. When Midoriya heard footsteps behind him he quickly turned to see a man around he's age standing behind him with his hands in his pockets and he look just as startled to see anyone as Midoriya was.
