Phase Four

Having grown up in a world where people look down on you making you feel weak, you tend to be more understanding to those who share your pain. This could be said about villains. They were hurt by the world and looked down upon because of it, this idea just didn't sit well with Izuku.

So when the day came that he had found the perfect- the ultimate plan, the fight to change the world began. Going through U.A, he has to keep his secret under wraps from both parties. In till Phase Four was complete and the world would change at the hands of the underdogs.
