After a traumatic incident from a past 'relationship', Cadence Mitchell absolutely does not want a boyfriend. She is strictly interested in short hookups to satisfy her sex drive but, by no means, will she allow feelings to be involved. The only problem she finds with this arrangement is that all the guys she goes out with are all the same. Which means, she's getting bored.
Luckily, Cadence Mitchell spots a handsome, slender, white man at a boring art show that she just can't take her eyes off of. He's nothing like the other guys she's hooked up with, which is made clear when Austin announces that he's a college professor. Cadence is instantly hooked on him, much to Austin's surprise.
Through this new, very interesting involvement, Cadence discovers Austin's really, REALLY not like the other guys. During a few rocky hook ups, Cadence and Austin both learn that he's a submissive man in the bedroom and she, conveniently, is a dominant woman. Neither have ever explored this side of themselves but, they're more than excited to test their own, and each other's, limits. Neither Cadence nor Austin ever expected they would catch feelings through these exciting evenings together, though, which complicates the strict rules Cadence has placed on their arrangement.
