It's been almost a year since the Sword Art Online incident, and while everything has been going on fine in the Real World and Online World, Serena Carson was never really good with being 'social'. But when it comes to social media, she is the exact opposite; She can be herself and no one would judge her. But when she goes to a public High school after being homeschooled for five years, everything changes for her. After having rough times in school, her perspective of things change when she gets an exclusive video game headgear and a popular new video game called Alfheim Online for her sixteenth birthday. There, she meets a charming yet mysterious avatar named Lycus who willingly helps her explore the game. When an unexpected romance happens with Lycus, Serena faces difficult choices to make in the Online World and the Real World. Is a long distance relationship with Lycus really something she can handle? Or is he closer to her than she thinks?

Sword Art Online: Isolation

10 parts Complete

If you could enter the world of a video game, would you take the chance? We all know the story of the boy named Kirito, who battled his way through the Castle Aincrad and found love along the way. But he isn't the only person with a story to tell. Have you ever wondered about all those other players who were trapped inside the world of Sword Art Online? I doubt that you have. But if it has crossed your mind, then please indulge yourself with a tale that follows the life of a player who was thrown into a world of chaos. A player who only wanted to escape a dreaded isolation. The following piece of literature is a non-profit fan-based story. Sword Art Online is owned by A-1 Pictures, Aniplex USA and Reki Kawahara.
