Blossoms

There's a young girl named Mei Ling. She is the young princess of the Chinese Emperor, Wang Lei. She has an older sister, heir to the Chinese throne, named Jin Lei. Mei lives in the royal palace with her father and sister, all expecting her to prep into the perfect little princess for the Emperor and China's honor. But, Mei doesn't have the heart of an empress, instead, she has the heart for adventure, longing to explore farther than the kingdom's walls. Struggling to make her father proud, things go worse when Mei meets Jin's future husband, the strong son of the Emperor's new General. Plus, there are tensions rising from the outlying kindoms, and things at the palace are getting worse. Mei's heart is torn in two, one side for her family's honor, and the other for her own. In the end, what will she choose?
