People tend to stay away from asylum 13 because of the horrors and experimental testing that takes place within the white walls. When the lady of the town starts falling deeper into a depression and gets diagnosed clinically insane for wanting to leave the town. Lady Anastasia finds herself emitted to the hospital ward after a mental breakdown in public with a blood red scene scattered on the concrete. Now she's within the walls of hell.
