You are the stand-alone survivor of the Kurta Clan massacre caused by the brutal hands of the Phantom Troupe, or so you thought... Being taken captive at only age 11 to become a useful member among the spiders, over the five year period you are seen as a valuable member to the other thirteen members, and also almost mastering nen as well. Through all of this you, the reader, still suffers from their own trauma regarding her past, never learning how to cope. However, in turn she has always has reoccurring nightmares of a certain Kurta boy, who's face or voice she cannot remember after waking up, falling victim to those 13 members, and she cannot distinguish if these night terrors are real memories, or if this boy is real, and if she was truly close to him in childhood, or just her own mind continuing to terrorize her...
