North Wayne is a 21 year old African American woman in college studying medicine (and 2 other majors) so she can save lives. Her finance, Evan Meyers is a Quarterback (#88) for the football team at their school. They have been together for 5 years now, but has known each other for years, since they grew up together. Until ten months ago Evan's mom passed away putting a slight strain on their relationship but they over come. Now it's Christmas and Evan is bringing North home to be with the rest of his family once again, but this year has a twist to it.
