Birthed by a mother of ranked Class B, she whom is currently working for the organization had chosen to separate the twins into separated facilities followed by a divorce only to test their mental capacity. Registering their emotional state could easily decide which facility they would be stuck in. Skylar, taken away from Lunar after her shocking display of laughter toward what was a tragic event, putting her fate into the hands of the foundation.
As for the heart struck twin, instead of a facility, she was sent to hospital in New York City, separating them off for good. Constant security and surveillance, she has round the clock medical support from those of her care. This represents one point of view and that's through the eyes behind Lunar Lynn.
