Everyone wishes for Fame, and desires the spotlight. For Amanda Heart, her life is seemingly normal, till she moves to an odd town called SleepyWillow. The town is hidden behind many mountains somewhere deep in Canada. Once she arrived in the small town she learned a few things, everyone was shady and the lake that was in the heart of the town was a place many people have which soul their souls to the devils in or made sacrifices to the devil in, some say people did it long ago for fame and fortunes.
Amanda at first thinks its all bullshit, until she hears rumors of an illuminate organization set up somewhere in the town; it was saying it was established back in the 80’s. Amanda starts to think the music industry is full of it along with people in general, and ignores the crap that she has seen lately on TV. The media seems like fairy tales, useless entertainment for those who actual gave into fantasying about imaginary things that just didn’t exist.
It seems all made up, until the famous band Dislocated comes to town. A band that Amanda idolizes in everyway, by luck she wins tickets to their concert by surprise she was invited on stage, Amanda shocked the audience with her gift, striking a new popularity with the town’s people, people from her school and even Dislocated their self.
Amanda thinks its luck when Bitten Records becomes interested in her, and wants to make her the next big thing. Amanda will learn just how real the rumors about the music industry are, and it begins with a visit to the Devils Nest.
