(Jade, the billionaire heiress, and Lordcraft, the heartless scammer story)
I stood by the street watching the huge billboard placed on the tower nearby. A man in a black, expensive suit, smiling widely with a woman beside him in her engagement ring are in it. They looked so perfect as a couple.
"They're getting married," Sirey held my hand and pressed it to comfort me.
"I see, " I smiled bitterly. My gaze went to the four-year-old boy sitting on the bench near us. "Looks like our timing was wrong."
"Don't worry, Jade. I'm here for you... always.."Sirey hugged me because I felt my tears going to burst.
Looking at the face of the man I once loved made me thought of the past. Yes. That man was my ex-lover. The lover whom I gave everything I had, the lover whom I trusted but betrayed me.
I wiped my face and pulled my son. "We should go home."
"Mommy, we don't have a home remember?" Red Eros remarked which made me stop.
I breathed hard. Right. How can I forget? My house, my family, my property, my company, my money-they're all gone. He took it all away. Coz he's nothing but a liar, a manipulative, cold-hearted scammer.
