If you had one superpower what would it be, what would you be a symbol of and why would you be defending the people in the world for, some hero just do it for being recognized or want something, but others just do it for the benefit of peoples life. And that's why I here to tell you about an experience an adventure that a group of teenagers had.
Let me give you a review of this story before you go and sink in first, Into the Rift is about a story of twenty-six kids falling into another dimension and in this dimension everything is freaky and upside down, it feels like your in a city but infused with a treehouse. And the names are messed up too. The city they fall in is called Subtropical and subtropical was and used to be a peaceful place, but then subtropical holds assassin, killers, and thieves, but also has an evil warrior that would kill people, he would live in the shadows and he would kill people and leave letters behind for no reason, but some people would call him or if he is alive, they call him Shadow Hunter.
But going back to the kids that fell, these kids are a symbol of something in subtropical, but they don't know it yet with the help of an old friend they don't realize who this person is and why he is trying to help them.
These kids have the challenge to face their inner strength and will fear their biggest threat

More about the lives they lead without the masks. But just keep in mind, people who live in the world have all different skin colours. Do not assume my characters are of one unless I state them explicitly. and diversity is welcome here in my novel! Anyhow, back to the story. Ever wonder where supervillains go after their fight with the hero? What about the other side of the story? It's not like they sit in their lair cackling all day and planning how to kidnap reporters. What about the lives they lead? And instead of just focusing on that, what if the superhero and the supervillain knew each other? I mean, can they see behind the mask? No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride. What's not enough for one, too much for three, and just right for two? A secret. But you know teenagers. We tend to break or bend the rules. In this case, three is just right for the secret that these highschoolers hold. Facit autem virtus nostra nos. Our power makes us one. "So, what am I?" "We, we don't know. Since the dawn of time, humanity has been divided over various subjects. All of which are frankly, incredibly trivial. This being, but is not limited to race, religion, beauty, size, wealth, politics, and more. The heavy amounts of bickering and debating over these subjects, going as far as starting wars and in-fighting within families, even breaking some apart. This is further proven by the sudden appearance of enhanced individuals nicknamed "Blights," which single-handedly explains the general consensus about them. Hated and oppressed, Blights have had their backs against the wall for decades. Teenager Liam Wang must learn how to juggle both his civilian life and the life of his super-powered, crime-fighting persona "Narukami" and all that comes with it. Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. Only, it's soon her that becomes the one lost to the drains. To survive she must rediscover her world, and in the process, rediscover herself. She will be reunited with old friends, gain new ones, find out deeper secrets about her past than she ever could have imagined, and learn that the world is even more corrupt than she always thought. *** This story contains sexist ideology, mention of cheating, some gruesome scenes, and a whole lot of monsters and darkness. It isn't overly mature... there isn't much explicit language or sexual scenes, but there is a bit of violence, so just keep that in mind... and despite all that negativity, ENJOY!Complete

Once upon a time, there was a young boy who experienced constant pain. The only person who truly stayed by his side was Kallie, his sister. She was his everything. His life, his family, his best friend...his world. Then humanity had to take her away and wreck his perfect, peaceful life. As if it was not enough humans were the source of all his pain and suffering he experienced throughout his life, and the reason for all his scars and symbols, they took away the only person he cared about. Well, enough was enough. He tried leaving humanity alone. He tried living a peaceful life away from all the fighting. It was all he wanted; to live a peaceful life with his sister, but humanity would not allow him that. So, if battling was the only thing humans throughout history understood, then he would bring them a war. So now, he has a new goal. Peace treaties are made between humans but they never last. War, however, forces the loser to obey no matter what for however long the winner decides. If humanity-the entire world-only submitted to the strongest then he would dominate them all. Only he would be the strongest, allowing no other person to even come close to his power. He would burn the world down to its very foundation, eradicating everyone who stands in his way, and rebuild it anew. The new world would be transformed into what he could never have. A fair and just world, devoid of all sins, where everyone can live a peaceful life without the constant worry of what could hurt them next. New laws will be placed while the old ones are removed. All evil will be purged from the world. Any who stand in his way will be turned to ash to help build his world. If the world wanted him to be evil so badly...then he would be a malicious tyrant that rules not with an iron fist, but a diamond one. Of course, there will be many who will fight back. However, there is only one person who even has a chance at winning...and she only cares about her little sunshine.Complete
