Luck has never been on Asa Bishop's side. With a treacherous start in life, she thought she finally found a sense of normalcy when she moved in with her Aunt, and began to live a life she thought was perfect. But like every Good thing in her life, it soon turned into a real life nightmare. Now, nineteen years old, Asa has hardened herself into the epitome of an emotionless killing machine, the sour dreams of a better life long behind her. But when old grievances reappear and new revelations are discovered, it soon becomes apparent that even she can't outrun her enemies. The only problem, a blast from her past has her questioning the validity of the people she trusts the most in the world. So, just who is the real enemy if she can't identify them herself? When it comes to the ties that bind her to her fate, all the rules have been rewritten.
