Elise is an orphan who recently discovered she's a psychic who has the clairvoyance ability, she was recommended to a different school, The Cross Institute as a transferee.

Project: X is launched against neolution, a progressive scientific organization marked by genetic meddling and physical alterations, among other scientific developments, set on self-directed evolution. Their main goal is to preach transhumanism, or the so-called H+ movement, they advocate transformation of the human condition by developing and making widely available sophisticated technologies to greatly enhance human intellect and physiology. Hunting hiddens and studying them by trying to learn how they can acquire their abilities through surgical means and by performing experiments but their ways have always been inhumane.

Elise was caught in between the chaos of being a part of project: X, to fight against the H+ movement, where she unravels the mystery behind it that might also lead to her true identity.
