Some of the population is different from others and the other 20% are Quirkless. Lucky enough for Kanetsu Yoyume, he and his sister, Mizu, are apart of the 80% with their own Quirks that make them stand out as siblings. With one that has the goal of protecting them both while the other follows his sister, they're on their way to be heroes together. Soon, everything begins to go downhill as Kanetsu and Mizu continue falling down a hole of trouble. Them and the people they've befriended at the school soon need to figure out how to defend themselves...while having to defend others. ----------------------- WARNING! This story is pretty heavy and gets more dark in later chapters. If you are sensitive to multiple dark themes which will usually be named at the beginning of that chapter, this story is most likely not for you. I do not own My Hero Academia or any of its characters. The only characters I own are the (obvious) OCs. All rights go to Kohei Horikoshi.

Back story... (Y/n) (L/n), a sixteen year old girl who dreamt of becoming a hero all of the time. She was born in Japan and lived there for 3 years only. When she was 3, her family moved to America because of her father's job. They stayed there for 3 years and came back to Japan due to (Y/n)'s grandfather's death. (Y/n)'s grandfather was a Pro-Hero in Japan. One of the best, in fact. He was in the top 20 Pro-Heroes. His Hero name was 'Manipulator' and his Quirk was Mind Manipulation. (Y/n) admired him a lot so when she heard that her family was going back to Japan, she wanted to tell him all about her Quirk. But sadly, when they got there, she was told that her grandfather died. They didn't stay there for long though, after their visit to Japan, they went back to America. Then 9 years later, (Y/n)'s parents decided to go back in Japan. To finally live there. (Y/n) was excited, thinking she'll not be homeschooled anymore because she was homeschooled all her life ever since her father's father's death. But due to strict parents, she continued homeschooling. 1 year later, she was bored. As always. So she decided to have a little fun around, only for her fate to turn around... !
