The Broken Victor of District 10

A 12 Year old victor from District 10, Livestock, who was put into the the Hunger Games at age 9 because of a misshape in the Reaping process.

Makena Cook, otherwise known as the Butcher for killing more than half the tributes in her games. She is kind, smart, ruthless, loyal and overall the Princess of the Capitol, her more lady of the Capitol name given to her by the very people that ruined her life again and again.

The 3rd Quarter Quell is coming and so is her 13th birthday. Will this brave young girl give her life to save the Star Crossed Lovers? Or will she be rescued from her never ending torture that comes with being a victor? Other wise called a survivor by all who have gone through the Games and lived, because let's be honest here nobody wins the Hunger Games, they just survive and try to fend off the never ending torture they find when they try to sleep at night.
