So I've wanted to write a story like this for a while but there is no fandom involved, it's just my characters. So without further ado, here's the description.
Ichako Yamado is a 14 year old girl from Tokyo, Japan. She had lived there her whole life until just one month ago, when her parents, two English teachers at a nearby high school, simply couldn't afford it any longer. Her parents make the choice to move to America , where they will be able to speak fluent English. Ichako on the other hand knows barely any English at all. But the struggle only gets worse, when she discovers she will be calling the grassy lands of Utah home. She only ever known her home as one big city. Even more, she just wants to be herself, but her parents aren't exactly fond of LGBTQIAP+. Ichako will struggle to communicate with people at her new school, come out to her parents , or even feel at home.
