Months before the death of Chara In the original AU of the underground, an experiment goes horribly wrong, sucking Asriel into a different AU entirely. Welcome, to DecayTale! Here, the core is more damaged than ever, making electricity a luxury. Steampunk-like machinery has practically taken over the Hotlands, and what seems to be new amalgamates have began emerging from the wastes. Something has also affected the barrier, changing it from an exit of the underground, into a portal back to the original Undertale. And if Asriel can't get to the barrier before the queen destroys it, he might just be torn to pieces by Undyne, Sans, and this world's Asriel.
