These Small Hours
Within a matter of hours, Kotaro Bokuto's life had come crashing down around him. After being gone for three days for an away game with the MSBY Black Jackals, he had expected his wife, Kay Bokuto (né Utsui), to be at home waiting for him. Instead, he was greeted by an empty apartment with papers scattered throughout the kitchen and her phone left on the counter with unchecked notifications since yesterday.
