Rory is a girl in a family of superhero's. In this family you get powers when you turn 16 and the powers you receive can't be predicted when Rory finally gets her powers her parents think she needs more time to get used to and control her powers but in wanting to protect her they neglect her from the family business. Rory gets tired of this and becomes a villain instead
