After settling into his new home, Jotaro discovers that his next door neighbor is his former high school rival, Noriaki Kakyoin. His opinion and feelings about Kakyoin start to change over time. Maybe he isn't the bad guy Jotaro insisted to make him out to be all those years ago. Perhaps they could be good friends.. or maybe more than that.
