This is a second attempt at a story/series I wrote years ago for high school. This time I'm choosing to re-write it due to my original writing sounding a bit immature as I wrote it when I was 16. ABOUT: Presence tells the first person story of a young adult who is being raised in a less than accepting household and the hardships he deals with from day to day. One day he is visited by an other-worldly being who gives him a choice, to either continue living his life on earth and suffer the long lasting solitude there, or follow her to another realm and unleash who he feels he is inside in a world where monsters and humans co-exist in an ever evolving landscape where the sun never shines. Presence also does not follow the typical liner story line with an A to B plot. More often than not you'll be reading two or more stories at once with often reoccurring flashbacks and "side thoughts" told through the eyes of the protagonist.All Rights Reserved
