After Izuku rejected Katsuki about a month again his life has been hell. Katsuki was angry so he rejoiced to hating Izuku again, and started mentally and physically bullying him. But this time it was just like midd school all over again. Katsuki spread a rumor that Izuku was a huge slut. And that he saw him giving people favors for money. And of course everyone believed it. And since this happened he no longer had friends, everyone avoided and hated him. Until a new guy names Xavier came to the school.

Katsuki had been giving Izuku money and gifts since part way through Middle School in exchange for the green-haired boy to stay away from Katsuki, but eventually, it slowly changed to be deals that if Katsuki gives Izuku money, he had to do XYZ. Essentially, Izuku walks up to Katsuki and asks him about some merch he wanted and Katsuki gave him the money for it in exchange for him to do various things like triple check his homework, go to bed at a reasonable hour, stop eating unhealthy food for X amount of days, etc. This didn't change when they entered UA, the two used to being subtle about this unique aspect of their relationship. Little did they know that their classmates were more aware of their surroundings than their Middle School classmates and had begun to notice the odd interactions between the two followed by Izuku being ordered around by Katsuki.

It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not.
