Swachh Jabalpur Announces Various Competitions To Spread Awareness

Swachh Jabalpur is one the subsidiary campaigns which runs under a nationwide campaign of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. Nagar Palika Nigam Jabalpur has kept Swachh Jabalpur in its top priority list in order to get Jabalpur at 1st position all over India. It keeps track on its administration and vehicle report through the way of RFID tagging (Radio Frequency Identification), which makes their way of keeping a check easier. Nagar Palika Nigam ensures the timely collection of garbage from residential as well as commercial areas; they have also found a great way of solid waste management which causes a much less harm to the environment. Solid waste is segregated from other wastes and transported to the plant where this waste is converted into steam and this steam is in order used to generate electricity. In this way they are reducing the amount of waste and recycling it into the readily available form of electricity.

People of Jabalpur need to became aware about their rights and duties, in order to spread the awareness about cleanliness and to make swachhta mission a complete success Swachh Jabalpur has launched a string of competitions, registrations starting from 8th of October 2020 and will continue till 31st of October 2020. The competitions namely are Jingle, Drawing and Painting, Safaigiri Selfi, Mural Art, Short Video Making, Street Art, Street Play and Home Composting.
