Depression is something that over the years I have realized that it is more than a mental illness, it is a friend who never lets go of you, it is the person who seems to finally overcome and from nowhere comes back to your life, it is a load.
And no one deserves to have this burden with them, I had depression for 7 years of my life, I tried to commit suicide several times, life is not easy I can assure you, but I am here to explain my story, what happened, each person is different, each person is unique, maybe what worked for me may work for you, but you'll never know if you don't try.

The way you guys see my best friend.......is not the way he use to be. You see a death of a loved one can sometimes change everything for better and for worse. [BWWM] I was only twelve years old when the world turned cold. The day my mom died in that car accident, I felt like someone had dumped a bucket of ice water over my heart.
