The Flower that Grew Through Rocks

Iris is a newly 18 year old, she has always been more introverted; liked staying home rather than going out. When her home town is invaded by the government officials that have been taking citizens, she is forced to sneak out into the woods with nothing but a backpack. She has one goal: get to the safe haven up north. Soon enough she finds others like her, lost and afraid but no longer alone. More importantly, she meet Sage, the most beautiful girl Iris has ever seen. How will Iris and the group survive? How will they hide from the corrupt government? Will they even make it up north?
