(my AU) Sabre and his friends are all happy now or so they thought up till one day. (The evil steves came back to life, all but Nightmare and reverse have turned good tho) Nighmare attacks leaving the town of steve's and Sabre of course, destroyed and they all scattered across the land. Whilst that is happening, sabre reconnects with a few friends of the past and realizes some things that shocked him, and will they meet up to finish off Nightmare once and for all at the same time? Sabre glanced at an erstwhile Steve floating in the midair, with Rainbow Steve right beside him. 'I've never thought we could see each other again, Time Steve,' with a second glance at another see-through figure next to the glowing pelt of Time energy, he added, 'Elemental Steve.' 'Only fate will tell,' Elemental Steve replied, smiling. Time Steve floated forward, his silver eyes sparkled with pride. 'The Steve Realm owes you a thanks for your aid.' He paused as Elemental Steve held out his right hand out, a swirl of Elemental energy emitted from his palm. Time Steve looked at his brother and smiled, as well as holding out his hand. Their energy merged together as a portal formed. 'We conducted a merge of Time and Space to bring you back home, to the overworld, and we brought back something you ought to have. May our paths cross sometime.' 'Be nice and jubilant. I would like to see you in yourself again.' Elemental Steve chuckled. 'Don't worry, I will.' Came Rainbow Steve's reply. 'Well I guess this is goodbye then...' Sabre walked up to the Steves, 'I wish you the best in guarding the universe, together.' With that being said, Sabre and Rainbow Steve pelted into the portal. 'Sabre! And Rainbow Steve! Glad to have you back!' A voice sounded just as soon as they arrived. Sabre's eyes grew wide. 'Lucas?' Rainbow Steve gave Sabre a smirk of joy. All thanks to both, they brought the Rainbow Town and Lucas back from the past! And because all evil Steves has been vanquished, the Rainbow Town was at its innocuous, peaceful state. Sabre has seen everything fall from not only his days in the Steve saga realm but also when Rainbow Steve turned to the darkness and the rainbow hub was attacked, those moments gracefully pushed sabre closer to the edge but what pushed him to the very edge was rainbow's death. Light Steve and the chromatic colored leaders notice Sabre's behavior and want to help him heal from the trauma when they are granted that chance anonymously by other familiar faces appearing, both returning and joining the group to take down a villainous curse going after their dear friend, once and for all The timeline is set after Sol and before the Demon Steve attacks there will be some Steve Legends in here hope you enjoy!
