My Little Pity Party

I wrote this in the midst of a depressive episode, which happened to be triggered by my anxiety (Ironic, huh?). I normally wouldn't post stuff like this, however, I figured this might be able to help someone else who is also struggling with expressing their own thoughts and emotions around their struggles with mental illness.
