The Guardians of the elements

Everything starts when 6 different nations are attacked by a scret nation that controls the rest of the nations. The Fire nation located in Africa, The Water Nation in South America, The Wind Nation located in Europe, The Mountains Nation located in Australia, The Nature Nation located in Asia, and finally the Lightning Nation located in North America. In absolute desseperation the kings of all the nations decide to send there children far away from their own nation. The four year old kids eventually get into an accident and losse their memory. Each one of them represent were they come from and need to learn how to control their powers with the mentoring of 6 boys that will change their lives. When they grow older, they discover about their past and dicover they need to stop someone who's trying to destroy the nations. Would they stop her?
