In this world, when you and your soulmate look into each other's eyes for the very first time, both of you develop a sickness, where your bodies slowly gets consumed by flowers until you die from suffocation. The only way to get cured is from discovering who your soulmate is and reciprocating each other's feelings.
After almost five years of friendship, George thinks it's fair enough for Dream to reveal his face to him, maybe it wasn't a good idea.
