This story is about a girl named ocean.  She goes through horrible thing in her life such as. 

* kidnapping 

   Rape 

   Torture 

   And more.. 

    In this world people are born with powers but don't manifest it until they are 5 or 6 ( yes I got this idea based of of the show my hero academia no I am not copying anything else except for powers super hero's villain and 1-100 top hero's in the world and I am using all might and number one so if u don't like it then don't read ty :) ).
