When all else fails

Dr. Fallon is a thirty year old emergency room doctor, the best in the state, in fact. She is the last resort, the last line. Unfortunately for her patients, Dr. Fallon cares more about the diagnosis than their well being, or so she lets them think. When things start getting complex between her and other doctors, how will she be able to balance her work life with her love life?
