My daughter is behind the kidnapping of her brother

It's a normal day in the Dastardly's home until something terrifying happens to their son Dastardly jr. While playing in the yard, some creep come up to him and offers him candy. Being the curious child that he is junior follows thr man to his car, getting kidnapped in the process. Now his parents have to track down that creep and get their son back. They're shocked when they find the identity of the true culprit.
