This is a key trait they share, Vivian learns, yet for entirely different reasons. As Rick is trying to atone for his past, Vivian is fleeing from hers, and she realizes, through befriending Rick, that maybe she shouldn't dive nose first into the Degrassi drama. Add the fact that Rick is the most hated guy at Degrassi, and Vivian has got herself a real picnic. Has she bitten off more than she can chew with a full plate to begin with?
