When the dying wish of 17 year old Molly is to meet her favourite band with her best friend Amber, her doctors and management do everything they can.
5 Seconds of Summer are on tour with One Direction but it's now or never that Molly gets to see them. More than just inviting her along for a gig, or doing a back stage meet and greet, they agree that fhe girls should go on tour with them for the next month across the UK and her treatment would take place at various hospitals to coincide with this.
Molly meets the boys with Amber but one in particular takes quite a shine to her... Luke Hemmings. With Molly fighting for life and Amber unable to cope with the slow deterioration of her best friend, the boys become their support system.
How will Molly cope on the road when she's so ill and weak? Will Amber be able to deal with seeing her best friend in such a bad state. Will the boys be able to keep their spirits high, and what happens when a certain Mr. Hemmings develops an attraction?
