This is my version of a descendants Cinderella story. 

Mal is living with her step mother, Maleficent, and her twin children, Chad and Audrey, after her father, Hades, dies protecting The royal family. 

Ben starts school for the first time in a normal high school and reconnects with an old friend at the school dance, and is trying to find his old friend again but she has changed so much. 

Does he learn about what has happened since her father's death or will her step family get what they want?
