I've seen that recently there has been a rising in punk culture again, and this made me think that there might also be a rising in Riot Grrrl culture! Commonly I've seen lots of people have the beliefs of riot grrrl (which is a feminist movement started in the 90's) but not know where to start. That's where I want to begin this, since riot grrrl is a music based alternative subculture that's what I'll be making this book about. I'll be going down a list of both modern and older riot grrrl bands!

She flies home from war, upset, to do what needs to be done, but once there she finds out all is not as it seems. Ellie’s daughter is alive and unhurt. She is being held by of one of the many debt-recovery corporations. Held, for leverage, to make Ellie do the corporation a favour. Ellie’s daughter will be returned unharmed if Ellie does as they wish. The son of a company director is lost somewhere in the wilderness of post-debt-restructuring America, and hasn't been seen for three days. The company wants Ellie to go and find the kid, and Ellie doesn't know if she can. The one rule she's stuck to all her working life is to never to go to America, but now she might have to. She will have to, if she wants to save the daughter she hasn't seen in years. TROIKA - Countryhumans USSR x America
The world is electrified. Everything runs on electricity, from lighting to transport, life support to social media. Oblivion. Then, grid is down. And the world turns dark. And doesn't turn back on. America, the most forward thinking and innovative Western idealist, has answers. Her feminist values push her neck to neck with her male peers.
