Chapter 1: Monday...
Ugh. How I hate Monday's. Never been one of my best days. It's the first day of grade 8 for me and I am pretty nervous. I should probably introduce myself. My name is Rose Garcia. I am 13 and live in Minnesota with my parents and two older brothers, Seth and Jay. I am freaking out because all of my friends moved away during the summer and now I have no friends to meet at school. I take the bus to school because my house is too far away from the school. So I decide it's time to finally get dressed. I have decided to wear a turquoise tank top, grey cardigan, blue jeans, and black toms. Once I'm done I do my makeup. Then I run downstairs and say hello to my mother and father. "All ready for school pumpkin?" He asks. "No." I groan. In case you can't tell, I hate school.

"You dropped this." I heard a husky voice say. I turned around to look at what I dropped and realized it was my schedule. I gasped. Damn, I would have been fucked if I'd lost it.
