Orange was doing wires in electrical. It'd been a hard working day in this space ship...good thing she had her son to keep her company. Son bounced around while Orange was completing her fourth task. Suddenly, she heard banging...a pounding, from across the room, where the vent was. Her breathing heavied, and she nudged her son over to her, pressing him against her. "We have to go," Orange said firmly, trying to hide any possible fear in her voice so that Son wouldn't be scared. "Now."

Hello, and thanks for choosing my book! However, before you begin reading, there are some things you should know. First, I do not own any of the artwork in any chapter (unless I say I do at the beginning). Second, all mini crewmates will be called, "son" or "daughter," depending on their gender. In the bizarre world of Among Us, they do not "name" their children, other than by their pronouns, as you could tell by the description. ^^

When Red boarded the magnificent Skeld with eleven other crewmates, she was never expecting to get caught up in an outright murder mystery. Isolated in the far reaches of space with nobody but her crew, she must help her team figure out the identity of the impostor who was sent to slaughter everybody. And it could be anybody among them. However, Red realizes that there's more to this slaughter. Throughout a tense and terrifying series of events across starships, planets, and space stations, she must learn sacrifice. She must learn morals. Most of all, she must learn where her loyalties lie. [Note: This story and its characters are all based off the game Among Us by InnerSloth. Aside from the plot of this specific story, I do not claim any aspect of it as my own. "We now believe you have the potential to do what your unlucky peers could not. However, you should know that there is no room for mistakes." Nareem leaned forward and picked up his chin. On a normal basis, he was about as intimidating as a rabbit. Now, though, he was pretty close to the office cat's level. "Don't mess this up for us, Miss Duri. Otherwise the consequences will be a lot worse than death." --- Genesis has always wanted to lead a mission to the Polus Space Station, orbiting a Jupiter moon millions of miles away. While each attempt to get there has been compromised by the scheming, violent Conclave, Genesis's hopes to become the next captain of the Skeld have not once faltered. When she finally gets the opportunity of a lifetime, Genesis quickly discovers that, despite her caution, all is not what it seems. Her superiors have maintained minimal contact, and she has reason to believe any one of her crewmates could be an imposter. Once the killings begin, she must act quickly to outwit the Conclave before she and all her crewmates are murdered in cold blood. --- **The characters are original, but this story is based off a game called Among Us. The concept of spaceship crewmates being killed by an imposter does not belong to me, but to the game developers (Innersloth). A crew of ten astronauts has set out on a training mission. There are three trainees on board--Yellow, Lime, and Cyan--who will learn through experience and instruction to prepare for future missions. However, everything changes when a crew member turns up dead within the first week of the journey. It appears to be a suicide and is dismissed as such. Then a frantic message comes in from ground control. Someone isn't supposed to be on that ship.
