This is a book about Matthew Espinosa and not a lot of people like him and some do, but this story is about two sisters meeting up again after a long time away, and while Jess is looking for her sister, she sees a boy looking at her, and she doesn't stop thinking about him.
They both stop and stare into what would become of them together, from him being famous from vine and YouTube to her being a lonley abused daughter of an achoholic mother.
Finally she is free for her own life and she doesn't know what's coming.
