Rains always leave a lasting impact on me, whether it is the petrichor , the pitter patter of the rain drops or the soothing breeze. Each one of them gives life to me, WE, pluviophiles do know the pleasure of an afternoon rain, Here's presenting my plight, my poetry. Here's to my saviour, my spirit, rains! Bending down slowly, she reached out with trembling hands; she picked up one of the photos from the floor and froze. In the photo, Neil, her best friend, and she was making out. Kate remembered this moment, but it was nothing like this. Lifting her eyes from the photo where she had apparently locked lips with Neil, Kate looked back up into Alex's eyes and got scared out of her wits. The eyes where used to be only love and affection for her. There, those emotions were now replaced with endless hatred only. ~Nothing lasts forever; people change, and so change their lives.~ Kate thought she had one forever with Alex, but that forever came to an end too soon. When she was about to tell him the news of her pregnancy, what she expected was his elation and love, never had she thought that she would be punished instead. Thrown to the street literally, she lost everything she held dear. ~Memories never fade, and pain can never be forgotten.~ And then, one day, Alex enters her life again, this time aiming to break more than her heart. "You look perfect," he whispered into my ear. "Well you look a mess," I responded plainly, but he could sense the waver and doubt as I released a small whine. "That so..." he cooed huskily into the crook of my neck, feeling my pulse with his softened lips. His hand grabbed onto the both of mine, placing them above my head, as my mind began to spiral, "Then why is it you stare at me?" "I don't know," I whispered cockily, clenching my thighs. "Oh?" he spread my legs open fastly with his knee, watching my mouth fall open with delight. "𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮?" • • • Working as a maid for the most powerful kingdom, Gloria Manú has yet to feel greater than what she is. Once Upon A Bus Ride
Morgan Hall is your average teenager. That is if you consider having a billionaire CEO of a world renowned company as a dad and a fashion designer of one of the most famous lines in the world as a mother average. Let's not leave out her singer/actress of a sister who's taking the world by storm. Morgan was no doubt born with a giant silver spoon in her mouth, but her life isn't always as perfect as it seems. Aaron Smith, quiet and reserved, admired my many for his good looks. He doesn't seem to associate himself with many people. Which is why it's so strange when he finds himself becoming friends with the rich, little, daddy's girl...at least that's what he thinks of her. Fate and chance are at work when they cross paths one afternoon on a bus. Throw in crazy lives and secret identities, and you get one hell of a ride on the road to self discovery. What Morgan doesn't know is that one stubborn move could land her a new friend, and possibly even more. ~~~~~ "It's amazing...magical even, how hearing one song can take you back to a single moment or a series of them, just so you can live it all over again," he said. "Lost Friends To Lovers" Dad told me real love happens once and when it does, never hide your feelings. Too bad, he told me late. I held them and lost her. Until I found her again. Blue-eyed, brown hair. That dimple on the right cheek, it hasn't changed much. Well, she hasn't changed much either. I can feel her body exuding the same warmth as the old times, her innocence still shining bright like it used to. This little surprise is racing my heart even when she is far from me...wait? Far? With her eyes busy finding something in her handbag, she is coming toward me. Me. Is my back erecting? What is she doing here? In a school? Is she my son's teacher? I find myself curious now.
