Project Phoenix.

The only name she knows is the one they've called her since she was sold to them: Phoenix. She's only sixteen, but born in 1917. Phoenix will never be a normal teenager. She'll never have normal friends. She'll never see her parents, never even having met her own father before she was taken.
When the Avengers set Phoenix free from her frozen prison, they don't realize how much power they possess in such a small girl.
Except Bucky. Bucky knows her somehow... if only he could remember.
