Halia is a young adolescent fueled by her desire to finish her summer writing project.. Over the summer Halia shut everyone out of her life. She wants to make herself practically invisible because she's scared of what my happen if people get too close . One day in writing class Halia meets Kai who has a power.... or so she calls it. He can only be seen if people think about him. He is practically invisible. The two are forced to work together on the project, but how can they when she can't remember who she's working with? Halia must question her motives on whether or not letting people in, really is such a dangerous thing.

Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence.
