It's 2020. Since January, most people can see the damage done to our great planet by powerful oligarchs, exploitative capitalists, and opportunistic apathetics. Mother Nature, in its struggle to stay alive, is fighting back. Pandemics, storms, earthquakes, and the likes all aimed towards humanity. Those who care struggle with the bureaucracy of the ones that profit from the brutal torture of the planet.

Mother Gaia is not done yet. Soon, she will terminate mankind, sending humanity running to the stars, escaping her wrath, her suffering, her agony.

The story takes place on the moment leading up to our escape. An efficient powerful monarch, Eleanor Avanelle prepares for the incoming Armageddon. The big oligarchs by the UN have failed to prevent the income from manifesting, and thus can only do nothing but delay it. Humanity's regret turned to violent revolts, political assassinations, and anarchy. Several nations such as the USA have fell to civil wars, accelerating the Armageddon. Scientists around the world convene to discuss Project Genesis: The only solution to ensure the survival of mankind. With limited resources, the growing socio-political instability, and the rising threat of disasters, the chances of survival is slim.

What we can only do is hope. The window of opportunity has already passed.
