Cinnamon Perry hasn't shown or felt any emotion since her father died eight years ago. She just hasn't seen the point of it. But when she stumbles upon a locket in the shape of a human heart, she suddenly feels emotions she didn't even know existed since the death of her father. Happiness, anxiety, sadness, anger, confidence. She's finally more than just a shell. But the best of things come at the highest of prices.
