he doesn't talk much and some think he's mute. after all the trauma he became very quiet. he always went to the therapist Because the three Nations said so. there's another boy who he sees Everytime he goes to the therapist. instead of faking a smile and faking that he's ok he doesn't care... Philippines doesent care about what others say. it's been years and he doesn't have a friend and he's used to that.
the boy he always sees is Poland. they are the same height. small, petite, depressed.... they had wings once but got Cut.
the two Became 'friends' but not really. they understood eachother but not Talk most of the time
the two have been thinking of Suicide but always gets stopped by the Nations.
the two never thought they would ever find a special someone.
