Megan Price is 18 years old and lives in New York on her own, she then gets a job as a news reporter on channel 3 news until one night her home was ambushed but masked figures called the foot clan. But all of a sudden the street lights go out and all she could see where four strange figures fighting the foot then disappear into the shadows. Megan then finds out that they are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and their names are Donatello, Leonardo Raphael, Michelangelo and they have a rat called Splinter.
