Squad Optimum [ON HOLD]

Many children in the world, and specifically Japan dream of becoming heroes and attending the prestigious school of UA High, located in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. But what about the kids that have more potential than flashy heroes? What if heroes, just aren't enough for Japan? That crime rate may be low, but those left are real dangers to the country's security.

So the Japanese Government created an extra branch of the Japanese Armed Forces, named ISA. Institution of Special Arms. This branch of the military is tasked with recruiting kids at young ages (forcefully, quite cruel), most commonly 4 or 5, to be trained into the best assassins the world has even seen.

Many in the Institution are those with first-rate, perfect combination Quirks that would be extremely useful in combat. But then there's Izuku Midoriya, Quirkless. Despite this clear disadvantage, after training he would become one of the best agents in ISA, and would be Captain of the most elite squad.

Their current assignment? Somehow.. guard all the students of UA High, from 1st to 3rd years, from all courses, while remaining undercover.

This fanfiction's starting idea is inspired by 12RUA05's "Not All Can Be Heroes".
